Jorgensen provides full construction management, inspection, and materials testing services to both public and private clients. Our ability to partner with project sponsors, developers, contractors, subcontractors, and regulators as part of an effective, collaborative team begins at the earliest stages of a project and continues through final completion, documentation, and closeout.
We have two complete materials testing labs, providing our clients a variety of soils, aggregate, asphalt, concrete and compaction testing. We offer these tests as an independent or comprehensive service. Our materials testing staff are ACI, WYDOT and ITD certified. We can provide a locally based team and laboratory services in Wyoming and Idaho to meet the needs of our clients. We understand the importance of preparation, documentation, experienced inspectors, and testers along with administrative management to ensure compliance with all requirements inherent to everyday operations.

Jorgensen has always been at the forefront of innovation with a forward-thinking mindset when it comes to how we do business. This mindset has led us to implement two key programs as a part of our project management and construction department. The first program is which houses all our project management-related tasks. Procore is a widely accepted and used program by the construction industry with more than 1,000,000 successful projects throughout the country. This is the system that processes and tracks all documents, schedules, RFI’s, change orders, punch lists, project closeouts, etc.
The other key program is which houses all our daily reporting/inspections, materials testing, and reporting. Through this system turnaround time for all inspection and testing related work has significantly been approved and now reports are available the same day, usually within hours of completed work items. With both programs, we have the capability to extract data from the projects both during construction as well as at completion for proper retention by municipalities and regulatory agencies.
