Dear Friends and Clients,

First and foremost, we hope you and your families are safe and healthy! In this time of uncertainty, I wanted to personally update you on the measures Jorgensen has taken to ensure our employees and their families remain safe, while continuing to support your needs. As our communities continue to react to the COVID-19 issues and uncertainties, Jorgensen is also doing our part to curb any increased risks. We have implemented the following measures:

  • Provided work-from-home opportunities for all of our employees;
  • Coordinated flexible schedules, as some employees have pressing family needs with schools being closed;
  • Arranged in-office shifts to minimize the number of people in the workplace for anyone needing to complete work in the office;
  • Conducting as many meetings as possible via telephone and video conferencing; and
  • Established a constantly-updated Response Plan so that all employees are aware of best practices.

We remain open for business, and our employees continue to work diligently on our projects. We do not anticipate any interruption to our ability to service our clients’ needs. Jorgensen’s physical office locations are now closed to outside visitors in an effort to remove possible exposures to both employees and clients. We are taking the utmost care to implement these measures to help our community, state, Nation, and world mitigate this unprecedented situation. Therefore, if you feel you must meet with any of our employees, we ask that you would contact the employee directly to make arrangements outside our office and in a safe environment. You may also call 307-733-5150 and our automatic answering system will prompt you to key in the employee’s name. The answering system will also direct you to the appropriate party, if you aren’t sure with whom you need to speak. For any general inquiries please email and we will ensure it gets directed appropriately.

By taking the above steps, we will do our part to limit any disruptions to your needs and to the level of service we provide. We will continue to update you in the coming weeks regarding any changes to our operations that may impact you. Thank you for partnering with us in our efforts to keep our employees, clients, and communities safe. Please do not hesitate to reach out if we can be of assistance.

Stay healthy,

Reed Armijo, P.E.
