Our Projects

In recognition of the growing need for housing in the Town of Jackson, Wyoming, Jorgensen Associates worked with owners Hansen and Hansen, LLP to create the Hidden Hollow Planned Unit Development (HHPUD). The HHPUD contains 168 units consisting of 13 single-family lots, 20 townhomes, and 135 multi-family units contained within five buildings. 72 of these units will deed restricted as affordable or workforce housing providing a much-needed resource to the community.

The HHPUD demonstrates the firm's ability to manage large projects providing professional services in planning and entitlement, civil and traffic engineering, and surveying; and specialized experience and technical competence in guiding clients through the Town of Jackson Land Development Regulations. Planning responsibilities include providing guidance through LDR processes, the composition of Master Plan documentation, application compilation, submittal, tracking, negotiation with Town of Jackson Staff and elected officials, and coordination of project team towards the goal of creating the largest entitlement of residential density in the Teton County in over 10 years. Civil Engineering responsibilities include roadway, pathway, and sidewalk design; wetland, water, sewer, stormwater modeling, design and permitting with Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (WYDEQ) and to Town of Jackson standards, Geothermal utility design, and Geotechnical Engineering Consulting; Traffic Engineering include a collection of data, analysis, report generation, discussion signal timing, road capacities to inform design and coordination with state officials; Surveying responsibilities include topographic surveys, right-of-way surveys, floodplain surveys, plat drafting and submittal, legal description writing, construction staking for water, sewer, roads, and building envelopes.
