From the concept phase to final construction, this project included the development of 37 single-family residential lots, 37 cabin units, affordable housing, employee housing, and clubhouse redevelopment. Civil Engineering responsibilities included project planning, design, and permitting for sewage, pumping facilities, gravity mains, expanded collection system, improved water distribution system, a new water supply system, and construction administration of a three and one-half mile wastewater conveyance system. Land Surveying responsibilities included boundary, topographic, right-of-way, construction surveys, and platting services. Land Use Planning responsibilities included all tasks necessary to prepare and submit required Teton County development permit applications and State Engineer’s Office water rights applications and petitions, and subsequently to shepherd those applications and petitions through the County and State approval process.
